The 2711-T10G14 Allen Bradley is a Panelview of the Panelview 1000 series. It can be either a touchscreen or a keypad module; as a touchscreen, it has a grayscale touch display of 10.1 inches diagonally, with an area of 8.3 x 6.2 inches. This Panelview has a light-emitting display in place of a replaceable backlight. As a keypad terminal, the 2711-T10G14 has 16 function keys labeled F1 to F16, and a set of numeric keys in addition. Running fully on AC power, this module does have a clock that is in real time and backed by batteries, which will timestamp all of the user’s important data. The 2711-T10G14 has a large variety of communication ports, including Profibus, Modbus, ControlNet, DH+, DeviceNet, and Remote I/O. Its input power ranges from 85 Volts AC to 264 Volts AC, and it uses PanelBuilder32 software exclusively, which is a Windows software.

The 2711-T10G14 should be operated in a temperature zone higher than 0 degrees Celsius, but no higher than 55. Similarly, its optimum storage temperature is between -25 and 70 degrees Celsius. Its humidity is non-condensing from 5 to 95% at around 0 to 30 degrees Celsius. It has several different enclosure ratings, including NEMA Type 12 and 13, with 4x for an indoor use only, along with IP54 and IP65. This module also has a list of certifications, including a UL certification. It is CSA approved for Class 1, Div 2 (Groups A, B, C, and D), as well as CE marked. Its dimensions are approximately 11 x 16 x 5 inches, although there are slight dimension differences between the keypad input terminal and the touchscreen input terminal.
